This article has been mainly extracted from the lesson “The Immense Wisdom And Providence Of The Body”  of “The Life Science Health”, by T.C.Fry.
The human body is possessed of an intelligence and order that is incomprehensible to our intellects. While many humans are vain and will not admit to an inability to know and understand, let’s face it—we are all finite in our capacities. We cannot comprehend the concept of infinity and we are mystified by many realities of existence.

The main worry that comes to mind when you have an intolerance to dairy products is how you can get all the calcium your body needs.
We all have always been told that dairy products are essential in order to get the calcium for our bones, as if dairy was the only food that contained calcium. In the same way we are told that we need meat and fish for proteins, oranges for vitamin C, carrots for vitamin A, and so on.
But foods are much more complex than that. Every food product, including fruits and vegetables, except for refined sugar, salt and oils, contain proteins. Lots of different fruits and vegetables contain vitamin A and C. In the same way, a large list of foods contain calcium, some of them even in a similar amount as dairy products.
The total amount of calcium in a food is not the only parameter to take into account when we want to take care of our bones. Other issues are even more important: calcium absorption rate of the body; calcium availability of the food; refined-food, anti-nutrients, acid-forming food, chemicals and lifestyles that make the body loose calcium; the state of the gut flora; all the other minerals that compose the bones; studies on populations with high rate versus low rate of bone diseases, etc.
In this article we will discuss all these issues related to calcium and bone diseases.

We live in a world dominated by fear. We are constantly worried for money, for our health, for work, for the family…  We are also constantly bombarded with news about crimes, terrorism, and all forms of insecurity (social, political, and economic). But every once in a while, we also receive news about epidemics, or about famous individuals who have died of cancer… These news result in a gradual development of fear within us, sometimes even reaching to the point of terror.
Out of all negative emotions we feel, fear is the most destructive. Fear creates an internal stress response that leads to an inflammation of the body and to an unfavourable epigenetic expression of the genes that are involved in disease.
I will be focusing on just one of the fears we are exposed to nowadays: the fear of disease.
In this article I will discuss what one can do so as to prevent these news and current threats to our health from worrying us excessively.
There is a lot to discuss about this topic - such as the hidden interests behind developing this fear of disease - but I would like to concentrate on how we can make this fear disappear by understanding the origin of diseases and taking responsibility over our own and our family’s health.
