What is Cystitis?
Cystitis is an inflammatory disease of the bladder, usually, bacterial in nature. The cause of cystitis may include fungi, protozoa, and harsh chemicals. Depending on the prevalence of the type of mucosal lesion, specialists differentiate between Catarrhal, Hemorrhagic, Necrotic and Gangrenous cystitis. Cystitis can be acute or chronic, depending on the duration of the illness and its frequency. Women suffer from cystitis several times more often than men.

In the Eastern world they are not used to drink milk, at least, this habit hasn’t traditionally existed until the dairy industry went there and tried to convince them to do so.
Recently a lot of research has been done to find out about the origin of Western civilization diseases: obesity, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, etc, diseases that have a very low rate in Eastern countries. There are several theories that incriminate the bad quality of our nutrition: too much fat, too much sugar, too much refined food, and a new one: too much milk. Milk is said also to be the cause of respiratory problems in children.

Celiac.com 11/13/2012 - Going gluten-free seems to be the newest dietary trend that many people are following, even if it is not mandatory for one’s health. This trend was brought on by an increased number of cases of celiac disease, and gluten sensitivity, also referred to as gluten intolerance. Both diagnoses come with the recommendation of avoiding gluten-containing foods (wheat, rye, barley), however both are different in the way the body is affected.
